Wheaton College housing is available within a short walk of the rehearsal space. Rooms are reserved in two-story townhouses which will only house MHF registrants, faculty, and staff. An adult housing sponsor stays in a townhouse and is available 24/7. Double occupancy rooms will have two single beds and share a bathroom with up to 3 people. You may request a specific roommate on the registration form. Single occupancy rooms will share a bathroom with up to 2 other people. Sheets, blanket, pillow, and towels are included. Breakfast items will be available in the townhouse kitchens.

Every Ensemble registration includes a 20-minute coaching with one faculty member.
Due to our revised schedule, additional lessons are not guaranteed. If there is time, the faculty will offer 45-minute lessons for $65 each. If they are available, you may sign up during the week of the festival.

Payment
Deposit and Recurring payments
Pay in full or sign up for a monthly payment plan with a 25% deposit. Final payments must be made by May 12th.
Refund policy
Competition fees and a 25% deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to festival check-in will result in only competition fees and 25% of your total due. Refunds will be made if necessary. Cancellations made within 30 days of festival check-in will result in full payment due May 12th. *Please note that we will follow CDC and the State of Illinois recommendations in regards to COVID-19. If the festival is cancelled, all registrants will receive a 100% refund.*
Early Bird Discount
Register by February 28th to receive $30 off your total! Not valid for Meet the Harp or Attending Parent registrations.
Additional Family Member Discount
If two members of the same household register for Full-Time or Independent Study positions, $75 will be taken off the second registrant's total. Each subsequent member will also get $75 off. Please email MidwestHarpFestival@gmail.com to receive the discount.
Financial Aid
Sponsorships are available upon request on an as-needed basis with a teacher recommendation.
Ensemble Music
Ensemble music is included in your registration and will be sent once your deposit has been paid.
